Woman's Hospital is an approved provider of continuing education through the Louisiana State Board of Nursing, the Louisiana State Medical Society, and the Professional Accreditation for Continuing Education Program of the Association of Clinical Laboratory Scientists. Additionally, Woman's Hospital frequently provides approved continuing education for physical and occupational therapists, social workers, pharmacists, and other professional health care providers. It is the goal of the Staff Development department at Woman's Hospital to provide high quality, easily accessible continuing education to area healthcare professionals on topics that impact the health status of women and infants.
