Dance: Shortcuts to Happiness

Join us for dancing for fun, pleasure and exercise.  This 25-minute class is on barefeet (optional, but recommended) and includes basic dance patterns to help us discover the hidden language of the soul. This class requires no skills, just a desire to dance in never-ending aspiration.

 Beginner. Intermediate.
