Pre and postnatal yoga focuses on asanas to rejuvenate your body and increase your strength. After 45-50 minutes of flowing yoga, we will focus on bonding with our new babies using infant massage and gentle stretching. This class is open to pregnant women as well as new moms and babies 6 weeks old up to crawlers. Bring a blanket for your baby to rest beside you during the first portion of class.
