Calling all beginners!
Do you want to become a runner? Are you wondering how to train for a 5K or even just how to run? If so keep reading....this program is for you!

Calling all Intermediate Runners!
If you are already running and want to increase your running fitness level and distance, train for Woman's 10K or Half Marathon.

Run for Your Lives is a fitness program designed to increase strength and confidence through running.  Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate runner, we're the app you've been looking for!

Program includes:

  • 12 weeks of training to increase stamina, strength and confidence
  • Focused training and workouts taught by a certified personal trainer and experienced runner
  • Pre and post assessments and aerobic fitness exams to track your running progress and goals
  • Weekly training tips and plans via virtual input, app and runner's log
  • Training runs at Woman's Center for Wellness and nearby locations in Baton Rouge
  • Nutrition education information
  • Dri-fit t-shirt

Beginner Group:
Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 AM
August 25-November 12

Intermediate Group:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 PM
August 26-November 13
