Fee: $16.00* Sign up for our two-hour cycling/yoga combination class. This class gives you the ride of your lifetime, a chance to meet friends and relax after a challenging workout. Enter the world of distance cycling. Understand and experience finding your own rhythm through riding longer lengths of time. - Burn 800 - 900 calories
- Class includes two 40-minute rides with bathroom and snack breaks in between
- After riding, join us in the conference room for 25 - 30 minutes of bike specific yoga stretches
- Feel inspired by your accomplishment. You are strong and beautiful!
- Fitness level is intermediate to advanced
Please arrive ~ 10 minutes early for bike set up, class will begin on time. Required for class: - 40 - 50 ounces of water
- Head phones
- Yoga mat or beach towel
- Healthy snack (fruit, nuts, trail mix, or energy bar)
