Many of our trainers specialize in the problems and stages that are unique to women, such as pregnancy, postpartum, and osteoporosis. Personal Training Sessions Personal training sessions are offered in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute time segments. Sessions may be purchased individually or in blocks of 15, 8, 5, or 3 sessions for a price advantage. Group training is available for up to 4 participants. Rates for nonmembers are also available. Women, Fitness and Weight LossA Personal Training and Weight Loss Program for Women Only! Kick-start your wellness journey during the course of this comprehensive 6-week program. Experience weight loss through the balance of exercise, nutrition, and behavior modification. This program includes individual consultations with our Exercise Physiologist and supervised group personal training sessions. In addition, meet with our Registered Dietitian during individual consultations. The program’s objective is to help you create lifestyle changes you can commit to; and as a result, succeed in reaching your personal health goals.
To ensure optimal results for all participants we require that each participant has a Body Mass Index under 40. We do offer an alternative program for those with a BMI over 40. Great Assets

Forward Motion Bridging the Gap Between Therapy and Independent Fitness Forward Motion is coordinated by an ACSM-certified exercise physiologist with a special interest in wellness. The goal of the program is to help participants assume responsibility for their own exercise program, while working with guidance of a qualified instructor.
