October 13 – December 18 Mondays and Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 am or Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30–6:30 pm Fee for 16 classes: $375*

Before you sign up, you must be able to: - Commit to the entire program (all 16 classes). No refunds and no make-ups.
- Do your homework assignments. (Since this program targets the buttocks and hips, you will be required to do cardio, abs and upper body workouts on the off days. These alternate workouts (homework) will be designed for you.
The following pre-requisites are required for participation: - Due to the high impact of the exercises, you should be able to withstand repetitive movements of the hip and knee joints.
- You should have exercised consistently for at least eight weeks (prior to program start date).
- You should not have any history of knee or hip problems, history of arthritis or other degenerative bone and joint diseases.
Meet Your Trainers: Frenita D. Allen Graduate from Louisiana State University, B.S. in Kinesiology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Jamie Semien Graduate from Louisiana State University, B.S. in Kinesiology She is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) *$300 for Fitness Club members
