Strength Training and Nutrition for Women

Our fitness and nutrition departments will provide information on staying strong as we age. Our fitness specialist will discuss what happens as a woman's body ages and provide simple tips on ways to incorporate weight bearing movement into your fitness routine. Our dietitian will discuss how nutrition needs change as we age and will provide a sample of a healthy protein and a fiber packed recipe. Women of all ages are welcome!
