How to Start and Keep Exercising Through Pregnancy

Studies have shown that women who exercise while pregnant are more prepared for labor and experience faster recovery. Fit for Birth instructors will equip prenatal participants with education and skills to safely engage your core muscles, learn proper breathing techniques, and strengthen all of the major muscles in your body.  Stopping exercise or never starting doesn't have to be an option when you learn that you are pregnant.
