Functional Aging Circuits

This workout is designed for the mature exerciser who is fit, but wants to improve functional capacity in order to continue an active lifestyle. Incorporate strength, mobility, balance and fun into an exercise regimen designed to improved physical function. Think outside the box of traditional training. Use exercises and movements with more integration and less isolation to prepare the body for everyday life.
