Exercise Through the Ages

Research suggests that the most effective way to slow the aging process is through healthy lifestyle behaviors and regular exercise.  Our fitness specialists will lead you through information provided by the American Council on Exercise that will help you understand how exercise can help slow down the effects of aging.  In your 30's the type of exercise you need differs from that of a 70-year-old. Learn general considerations for exercise, nutrition and lifestyle choices for each decade of the adult lifespan.
