Butt Seriously!

When the muscles of the gluteals are functioning properly, many back, knee and foot problems can be alleviated.  This 6-week program is specially designed to strengthen your lower body with powerful hip, thigh, and butt exercises.  A certified strength and conditioning coach/personal trainer will lead the program.  Learn proper form and specific exercises to help you move better, feel better, and look better.
