At the conclusion of this offering, the participant will be able to:

  1. Review contraception options for adolescent patients
  2. Provide appropriate and timely contraception to adolescent patients
  3. Describe basic work up and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and dysmenorrhea (and when to refer)
  4. Foster a partnership between OB/GYN and Pediatricians in transitioning care of young women
