  1. Define the "Unique Family Care Model" and how it structures patient care.
  2. List three common misused adoption terms and state accurate and neutral replacements.
  3. State three ways that serving those choosing adoption is similar to supporting patients and their families facing loss.
  4. Identify the benefits of a hospital-based adoption support program for meeting the needs of other unique family groups.
