Pregnancy 101

Attend this class to learn how to provide your baby with the best possible environment for growth and development. We discuss nutrition, practice exercise routines, offer tips for common discomforts, and make you aware of preterm labor warning signs. Wear slacks or shorts so you can practice the exercises with the fitness instructor. Register as soon as you learn you are pregnant. (This same class was previously titled Great Expectations)


Monday classes are held 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM at Woman’s.

Special Instructions:

This class is 2 1/2 hours long with one 10 minute break. If this class is held during your dinner hour, we encourage you to either eat before you come to class or to bring snack food with you to eat during class.
