Pregnancy 101

Attend this class to learn how to provide your baby with the best possible environment for growth and development. This class highlights nutrition, exercise and normal physical discomforts throughout pregnancy. You will get an overview of the services offered here at Woman's as well as a short exercise session presented by  one of our very own Woman's Wellness Center trainers. Register as soon as you learn you are pregnant. 

Monday classes are held 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.

Special Instructions:

This class is 2 1/2 hours long with one 10 minute break.

Wear slacks or shorts so you can practice the exercises with the fitness instructor.
