What is the Top 50 for 50+?Encore Louisiana is in search of the best of the best that Louisiana has to offer. They are inviting you to participate in the first-ever survey of people 50 and above to find out the best places to visit, eat, have fun and work throughout the state. Woman’s is centered on our exceptional long-term employees with the average length of tenure at Woman’s being more than 10 years. Because of our long-term employees, Woman’s is able to maintain a strong leadership and experience base which helps ensure quality care for our patients. Over a quarter of our employees are 50 and over, so we’d like to say a special thanks to them for helping to ensure our mission and the future of Woman’s The survey process should take no more than 10-15 minutes.
