South Louisiana’s Only Breast Imaging Center of Excellence

Woman’s Hospital has been recognized as a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology. Woman’s is the only breast imaging center in the state with this designation, which demonstrates excellence in breast imaging by successfully achieving accreditation in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy.
